The Yamaha TT-R 250 motorcycle was produced from 1995-96 and had a four-stroke, single-cylinder engine with a capacity of 249cc. It was air-cooled and had a compression ratio of 10.3:1, with a TEIKEI Y30P carb for induction and digital CDI ignition. The bike had an electric starting system and could reach a max power of 28hp at 8500rpm and a max torque of 28kgf-m at 7000rpm.
