BMW R100R (1993-94)
The BMW R100R motorcycle was produced from 1993 to 1994 and was the last of the air-cooled, two-valve BMW motorcycles. The R100R was designed by Hans Muth and featured a classic look with a round headlight and traditional gauges.
Under the hood, the R100R was powered by a 980cc boxer twin engine that produced 60 horsepower and 56 lb-ft of torque. It featured an upgraded gearbox and final drive, as well as an improved clutch. The suspension was also upgraded with a Monolever rear suspension system and a telescopic fork.
The R100R was offered in four different color schemes: Granite Gray Metallic, Sterling Silver Metallic, Mystic Red, and Calypso Red. It also came equipped with dual front disc brakes and a single rear disc brake for optimal stopping power.
Overall, the BMW R100R was a classic and reliable motorcycle with a timeless design. It is still sought after by collectors and enthusiasts today.
