The Kawasaki KLR 600 was a popular motorcycle produced between 1986 and 1987. It boasted a four-stroke, single-cylinder, DOHC engine with a 564cc capacity capable of producing 42 horsepower and 4.7 kgf-m of torque. It had a 5-speed transmission and was started by kick. The bike’s front suspension consisted of air-assisted forks, and the rear was supported by a single shock with a rear wheel travel of 221mm. Front brakes were a single 220mm disc, and the rear brakes were drum. Dry weight was set at 134 kg or 295.5 lbs, while the wet weight was 163 kg or 359.4 lbs.
