Bimota SB8R (1998-2000)

The Bimota SB8R motorcycle was produced from 1998 to 2000, with only 150 units made, in combination with the SB8RS. The bike has a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 90-degree V-twin engine, with 996cc capacity, and 11.3:1 compression ratio. The Marelli fuel injection system delivers power to the two twin-throttle bodies. The bike has a six-speed transmission and a chain final drive. The maximum power is 135 hp at 9500 rpm, and 104 Nm torque at 8500 rpm. The bike has a telehydraulic upside-down fork with 46mm stanchions on the front, and a fully adjustable shock absorber on the rear.
