Yamaha XT600 (1984)

The Yamaha XT 600 motorcycle was first introduced in 1984 with a four-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 4 valve engine with a capacity of 595 cc / 36.3 cu-in. The bike had a cooling system that combined both oil and air for optimal performance. The compression ratio was 8.5:1 and the engine used a 27mm Dual stage Teikei Y 27 PV carburetor for induction. The bike had a CDI ignition and was equipped with a I2V/12Ah battery. The bike was only starting kick but still produced a maximum power of 46 hp / 34 kW @ 6000 rpm with a max power rear tire of 38.0 hp @ 6000 rpm.
