The Yamaha MT-01 Prototype was released in 2003, with a four-stroke 48-degree V-twin cylinder engine and a capacity of 1670cc. The suspension features an inverted telescopic fork and a swingarm with a fully-adjustable single shock absorber. The motorcycle’s brakes consist of two 320mm discs with four-piston calipers on the front and a single 267mm disc with one-piston caliper on the rear. With a ground clearance of 140 mm and a dry weight of 240 kg, the bike has a seat height of 825 mm, a wheelbase of 1525 mm, a height of 825 mm, a length of 2185 mm, and a width of 790 mm. The fuel tank capacity is 15 litres or 3.2 gallons.
