The Triumph Daytona 750 motorcycle was produced between 1992 and 1993. Its engine is a four stroke, transverse three cylinder, DOHC with 4 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 749cc. The cooling system is liquid-cooled with a compression ratio of 11.0:1. It uses wet sump lubrication with 10W/40 engine oil and is fitted with 3 x 36mm BST CV carburetors, TCI (Transistor Controlled Ignition), NGK DPR9EA-9 spark plugs, and an electric starting system. It has a maximum power output of 74 kW (97 hp) at 8750rpm and a maximum torque of 66 Nm (48.7 lb-ft) at 8500rpm. The clutch is wet and cable-operated, while the transmission is six-speed with a chain for final drive. The front suspension consists of 43mm telescopic forks with preload, compression, and rebound damping adjustment, while the rear suspension is a tri-link monoshock with adjustable preload and rebound damping. The front brakes are two 296mm discs with 4 piston calipers, and the rear brake is a single 255mm disc with a 2 piston caliper. The front and rear tires are 120/70 VR17 and 160/60 VR18 respectively, with a rake of 27 degrees and a trail of 105mm. The seat height is 800mm (31.5 inches) and the dry weight is 218kg (480.6 lbs). The fuel capacity is 25 litres (6.6 US gal/5.4 Imp gal).
