MV Agusta Brutal 800 / ABS (2016)

The MV Agusta Brutal 800/ABS (2016) is a liquid-cooled motorcycle with a four-stroke, transverse three-cylinder engine. It has a capacity of 798cc/48.69 cu-in with a compression ratio of 13.3:1. The integrated ignition-injection system features the MVICS (Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System) with three injectors, throttle body full drive by wire Mikuni, pencil-coil with ion-sensing technology, control of detonation and misfire torque control with four maps, and Traction Control with eight levels of intervention. The engine produces a maximum power of 92 kW/125 hp at 11600 rpm and a maximum torque of 81 Nm/8.25 kgf-m at 9600 rpm. The gear ratio is 1st: 13/37, 6th: 22/29 and final drive ratio is 16/41. The bike has a steel tubular trellis aluminum alloy frame, a Marzocchi upside-down hydraulic fork with rebound-compression damping and spring preload external and separate adjustment 43 mm, and a Progressive Sachs single shock absorber with rebound and compression damping and spring preload adjustment aluminum alloy rear suspension. It features 2x 320mm floating discs with 4 piston calipers front brakes and a single 220mm disc with 2 piston caliper rear brake. The front and rear wheels are made of aluminium alloy 3.50” x 17” and 5.50” x 17”, respectively. The seat height is 810 mm/31.89 in, and the fuel capacity is 16.6 litres/4.39 US gal with a reserve of 5 litres/1.3 US gal. The bike weighs 167 Kg/368.2 lbs and has a ground clearance of 160 mm/6.30 in.
