The Moto Guzzi Stornello 160 was a motorcycle model produced by Italian manufacturer Moto Guzzi between the years of 1958 and 1959. The bike was powered by a four-stroke, single-cylinder, 2 valve engine with a displacement of 174 cc and had a bore and stroke of 62 x 57.8 mm. The engine used a Dell’Orto UB 22 BS2 carburetor and had a compression ratio of 9.0:1. The bike had a maximum power output of 11 hp at 6500 rpm and used a 4-speed transmission with a chain final drive.
The Stornello 160 had a double-cradle frame and was equipped with telescopic forks at the front and dual shocks at the rear for suspension. The bike had drum brakes both at the front and rear and used a 2.50-18 tire at the front and a 3.00-17 tire at the rear. The bike had a wheelbase of 1314 mm and a dry weight of 109 kg. The fuel tank capacity of the Stornello 160 was 16 liters or 4.2 US gallons.
