The Kawasaki KDX 200 motorcycle was manufactured for the years 1984 to 1985. It was powered by a two-stroke, single cylinder, reed valve engine with a capacity of 198cc. The bike had a 32mm Mikuni carburetor, CDI ignition and a kick start. With a maximum power output of 37 bhp at 9500 rpm and maximum torque, the KDX 200 reached a 6-speed transmission with a final drive of chain. The bike had a front suspension system with 43mm Kayaba telescopic forks, giving it a front-wheel travel of 260mm, and a rear suspension featuring a single shock adjustable for compression and rebound, as well as spring preload. The KDX 200 boasted a front brake with a single 221mm disc and a rear brake with a 110mm drum. It had a seat height of 940mm, a dry weight of 101kg, and a fuel capacity of 11 Litres.
