The Ducati Diavel Dark is a model of motorcycle from Ducati that was released in 2013. It is powered by a four-stroke, 90-degree L twin-cylinder engine with a capacity of 1198.4 cc and a compression ratio of 11.5:1. It has a liquid cooling system and a Mitsubishi electronic fuel injection system. The bike has a maximum power output of 119 kW at 9500 rpm and a maximum torque of 127.5 Nm at 8000 rpm. Other features include a light-action, wet, multiplate clutch with hydraulic control and a six-speed transmission. The Diavel Dark has a tubular steel trellis frame, Marzocchi 50mm fully adjustable USD forks, a fully adjustable Sachs monoshock, and an aluminium single-sided swingarm. The bike also has 2 x 320 mm semi-floating discs with radially mounted Monobloc Brembo calipers and ABS brakes. It has a top speed of 252.4 km/h (156.8 mph) and a fuel capacity of 17 litres (4.5 US gal). The tank has instrumentation with a TFT colour display that can show gear selected, air temperature, battery voltage, trips 1 and 2, fuel reserve trip, average and actual fuel consumption and speed, trip time, scheduled maintenance, and provide full status and/or management of riding modes, DTC, RbW, and ABS. The bike has a consumption average of 5.2 L/100 km (19.4 km/l, 45.6 US mpg, 54.8 Imp mpg) and can cover the standing 1/4 mile in 10.7 seconds.
