The Ducati Desmosedici RR Casey Stoner Replica is a limited edition motorcycle that was released in 2010. It has a four stroke, “L”-four cylinder DOHC engine with a capacity of 989cc/60.4cu in and a compression ratio of 13.5:1. The bike features a Dry Multi-Plate Slipper Clutch, a 6-speed cassette type transmission, and a chain final drive. The frame is a tubular steel trellis hybrid with a carbon fiber seat support and an aluminum swingarm. The front suspension is an Ohlins FG353 PUFF forks USD 43 mm pressurized with preload, rebound, and compression adjustment. The rear suspension is an Ohlins rear shock with rebound, low/high-speed compression adjustment, and hydraulic preload adjustment. The front brakes consist of two Brembo radial “monoblock” calipers and two semi-floating 330mm x 6mm discs with machined flanges, while the rear brakes use a 240mm fixed disc and a floating caliper with two 34mm pistons. The bike weighs 171kg/377lbs and has a fuel capacity of 15L/4.0 US gal/3.3 Imp gal. It can reach a top speed of 302 km/h/188 mph and can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. The limited edition model is based on Casey Stoner’s MotoGP-spec Ducati Desmosedici GP6, though it is not as powerful as that race bike.
