Bimota YB9 SRI (1996)

The Bimota YB9 SRI is a rare motorcycle, with only 225 units produced in 1996. It has a four stroke, transverse four cylinder engine with DOHC 4 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 599cc. The compression ratio is 12.0:1 and it has a liquid cooling system with electronic injection. The ignition is integrated with injection using variable spark advance and it has an electric starting system. The bike weighs 175 kg/385.8 lbs with a fuel capacity of 20 litres/5.3 US gal. The average consumption is 5.1 l/100 km/46.6 mpg, and its 60-0/100-0 braking distance is 12.9 m/36.8 m or 46.3 ft/120.7 ft. The standing 1/4 mile time is 11.6 sec, reaching speeds of 195.5 km/h/121.5 mph, while its top speed is 240.5 km/h/149.4 mph.
