Honda CB 750SC Nighthawk (1982-83)

The Honda CB 750SC Nighthawk was a motorcycle produced in 1982-83. It had a four-stroke transverse four-cylinder engine with DOHC and 4 valves per cylinder, capable of producing 70 hp at 7200 RPM and 56.2 Nm of torque at 7500 RPM. It was fitted with 4x 30mm Keihin carburetors and CDI ignition. The bike had a wet sump lubrication system and a compression ratio of 9.3:1. The transmission was 5-speed, and the final drive was a chain. The frame was a dual downtube, full cradle made of mild steel. The front suspension was 37mm air-assisted forks, and the rear suspension was dual shocks. The bike weighed 213 kg dry and 226 kg wet, had a fuel capacity of 16 liters, and its maximum speed was approximately 193 km/h. The front brakes had two 276mm discs with a 2-piston caliper while the rear brake was 180mm drum. Its dimensions were 2184 mm in length, 800 mm in width, and 792 mm in height. The wheelbase was 1544 mm with a ground clearance of 163 mm. The motorcycle had a rake of 29.6 degrees and a trail of 119 mm. The bike had a front tyre of 110/90 H16 and a rear tyre of 130/90 H16.
