Yamaha XT 250T (1984-87)

The Yamaha XT 250T was a four-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 4 valve motorcycle that was produced between 1984 to 1987. It had a 249cc capacity with a bore and stroke of 73mm and 59.6mm respectively. The bike was air-cooled with a compression ratio of 9.5:1 and had carburetors for induction. It operated with CDI ignition and starting was by kick. The Yamaha XT 250T’s maximum power was 27 hp/20.1 kW at 9000 rpm with a maximum torque of 2.2 kgf-m/15.9 lb-ft at 7500 rpm. The transmission had five speeds, and there was a chain final drive.
