The Yamaha XJ6 Diversion is a 2011-12 motorcycle with a 600cc four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder engine that produces 78 horsepower at 10,000 rpm and 59.7 Nm of torque at 8,500 rpm. The bike has a liquid cooling system and uses group injection type fuel injection. Its ignition is TCI, and it has a six-speed wet multi-plat disc clutch transmission with a chain final drive. The frame is an aluminium die-cast, diamond-shaped, with front suspension consisting of 43mm telescopic fork, 130mm wheel travel, and a swingarm link-less type Monocross with 130mm wheel travel for the rear suspension. The front brake is made up of two 298 mm discs, while the rear brake is a single 245 mm disc. The motorcycle features a 120/70 ZR17 front tyre and a 160/60 ZR17 rear tyre on a 1440 mm long wheelbase with a seat height of 785 mm and a wet weight of 211 kg. It can hold up to 17.3 litres of fuel in its tank, which has a fuel capacity of 4.5 US gallons.
