The Yamaha TT-R 250 Raid was a four-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled motorcycle produced between 1994-1995. It had a 249cc engine with TEIKEI Y30P carb induction and digital CDI ignition. The bike delivered a maximum power of 28 hp at 8500 rpm and a maximum torque of 28 kgf-m at 7000 rpm. It had a six-speed transmission and chain final drive. The front suspension featured telescopic forks with coil air spring oil damper, while the rear suspension had monocross with a single shock and a link-type, along with an adjustable preload. Both the front and rear disc brakes had a diameter of 245mm and 220mm, respectively. The motorcycle had a height of 1260mm, a length of 2096mm, and a width of 836mm, with a wheelbase of 1405mm, seat height of 914mm, and a ground clearance of 305mm. It weighed 113kg and had a fuel capacity of 10.2 litres.
