The Yamaha Tracer 900 (also known as the FJ-09 in the USA until 2017 and the MT-09 Tracer in Japan, South America, Australia, and New Zealand) is a 2019 model of motorcycle with a 847cc four-stroke, transverse three-cylinder engine. It has a compression ratio of 11.5:1 and a maximum power output of 84.6 kW and 114 hp at 10,00 rpm, while its maximum torque is 87.5 Nm and 8.9 kgf-m at 8,500 rpm. The bike features a diamond frame and adjustable front and rear suspension, 41mm fork, and single shock with adjustable preload and rebound damping, respectively. The Tracer 900 also uses both front and rear ABS brakes for safety, along with a 6-speed transmission and O-ring chain final drive.
