Yamaha SRX600 (1987-88)

The Yamaha SRX 600 was a motorcycle produced between 1987-88. It had a 608cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder, SOHC, 4-valve engine with a compression ratio of 8.5:1. It was air-cooled with a 27mm Teikei 2KY27PV carburetor and CDI ignition, and could produce a maximum power of 45 hp at 6500 rpm and a maximum torque of 4.9 kgf-m at 5500 rpm.

The SRX 600 had a 5-speed transmission and a chain final drive. The front suspension consisted of 36mm telescopic forks with 134mm of wheel travel, while the rear suspension had dual Kayaba shocks that were 5-way adjustable for preload. Front braking was provided by 2x 267mm discs, with a single 240mm disc in the rear.
