Suzuki RG 500 Gamma (1985)

The Suzuki RG 500 Gamma motorcycle was produced in 1985, featuring a two-stroke square four-cylinder engine with a rotary valve and exhaust port valves. It had a capacity of 498 cc and a compression ratio of 7.0:1. Equipped with 4 x 28mm Mikuni VM28SH Flatslide carburetors and Suzuki PEI ignition, it had a maximum power of 70 kW / 95 hp at 9000 rpm and could reach a top speed of 236.4 km/h / 146.9 mph. The bike had a wet sump lubrication system and used NGK BR9ES spark plugs. The clutch was wet and cable operated, and it had a 6-speed transmission with final drive by chain.
