The Suzuki GS 1100GL was a motorcycle model manufactured from 1982 to 1984. It featured a four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder engine with DOHC and 2 valves per cylinder, a capacity of 1074 cc / 65.5 cub. in., and a compression ratio of 8.8:1. The engine was air-cooled and had wet sump lubrication with a trochoidal pump. Induction was achieved through four 34mm Mikuni BS34SS carburetors, while the ignition was transistorized pointless, and the battery was 12V, 14AH.
