The Sachs Roadster 125V was a motorcycle released in 2001. It boasted a V-twin, four stroke engine with a capacity of 124 cc, and a compression ratio of 10.7:1. The bike had a 26mm Mikuni induction system and digital ignition, and was powered by an electric starter. It could reach a maximum power output of 9.5 kW (13 hp) at 9500 rpm, and had a maximum torque of 9.9 Nm (7.3 lb-ft) at 9000 rpm. The transmission was 5 speed and the final drive was a chain system. The front suspension was a 41mm telescopic fork with 120 mm spring travel, while the rear suspension was a dual swing arm rocker with 110 mm spring travel and 3-way adjustability. The front brakes used a single 260mm disc and 2 piston calipers, while the rear brakes used a 130mm drum. The roadster rode on 110/70-17 front tyres and 140/70-17 rear tyres, with a wheelbase of 1495 mm (58.9 in) and a seat height of 760 mm (29.9 in). The bike weighed 133.7 kg (293.2 lbs) dry, and carried a fuel capacity of 20 litres (5.2 US gal).
