MV Agusta F4 (2016)

The MV Agusta F4 motorcycle was released in 2016 and has a 998cc four-stroke transverse four-cylinder engine with a compression ratio of 13.4:1. It features an MVICS integrated ignition-injection system with eight injectors and an engine control unit. The F4 also incorporates a torque control system and traction control with eight levels of intervention, all controlled by a lean angle sensor. The bike has a power output of 143.5 kW and torque of 110.8 Nm. The clutch is wet and multi-disc with a back torque limiting device, and the transmission is a cassette-style six-speed with a final drive via chain. The F4 has a CrMo steel tubular trellis frame and an aluminium alloy single-sided swing arm. The front suspension consists of a 50mm Marzocchi upside-down telescopic hydraulic fork with adjustable damping and external spring preload, while the progressive Sachs single shock absorber with rebound and compression adjustment is used in the rear. The bike has Brembo radial-type front brake callipers with 4 pistons and a single rear disc brake calliper with 4 pistons. The F4 has an aluminium alloy front and rear wheel and tyres of dimensions 120/70 ZR17 and 200/55 ZR17, respectively. The dry weight of the bike is 191Kg, and its fuel capacity stands at 17 litres or 4.49 gallons.
