The MV Agusta 750 Sport was a four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder, DOHC motorcycle produced from 1970-71. It had a capacity of 742.9cc/45.3cu-in and a compression ratio of 9.5:1. The bike was air-cooled and came with 4x DeU’Orto UB24B2 e UB24BS2 carburetors. The ignition used a battery and automotive type distributor coil, with a 12V ISah battery for electric starting. The maximum power was 68.5 hp / 50.4 kW @ 8450 rpm. The clutch was a multiple disc in oil bath, and it had a 5-speed transmission with a final drive shaft. The frame was made of tubular steel, welded in a double cradle design. The front suspension had Ceriani telescopic forks with internal coil springs and two-way oil damping. The bike had a length of 2210mm/87.0in, 720mm/28.3in width, and a 1390mm/54.7in wheelbase. The seat height was 775mm/30.5in, and the bike weighed 245kg/540lbs. The fuel capacity was 24 litres/6.3 US gal.
