The Moto Guzzi Quota 1000 was a motorcycle model produced from 1993-1996 by the Italian manufacturer Moto Guzzi. It had a four stroke, V twin engine with a capacity of 948.8 cc and was air cooled. With a maximum power of 69 hp and torque of 79 Nm, the Quota 1000 had a top speed of 191.1 km/h. It had Weber-Marelli electronic fuel injection for induction and digital CDI ignition. The motorcycle had a double disc dry type clutch and a 5-speed transmission with a final drive shaft. The front and rear suspensions were adjustable for preload, rebound, and compression damping. It had 2x 280mm discs with 4 piston calipers for the front brakes and a single 260mm disc with 1 piston caliper for rear brakes. The front wheel had a travel of 220mm and was supported by 41.7mm Marzocchi forks that were adjustable. The front and rear tires were 90/90-2 1 and 130/80-17 respectively. The seat height was 865 mm and it had a dry weight of 210 kg. Fuel capacity was 20 liters while the average consumption was 18.3 km/kit. Braking distance was 14.6 m at 60-0 km/h and 42.33m at 100-0 km/h while standing 1/4 mile took 13.0 sec at 160.9 km/h.
