KTM 640 Duke II (2005-07)

The KTM 640 Duke II is a motorcycle produced from 2005 to 2007 with a four-stroke, single-cylinder engine that has a capacity of 624.6cc. Its compression ratio is 11.5:1 and it has a liquid cooling system, as well as two Eaton oil pumps for lubrication. The ignition system is a Kokusan contactless DC-CDI ignition with an advanced system, and it can start using both electric and kick. The maximum power it can generate is 40.1 kW / 55 hp @ 7000 rpm, with a maximum torque of 60 Nm / 6.1 kgf-m / 44.3 lb-ft @ 5500 rpm. The clutch is multi-disc in oil bath, and it has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive is a chain, O-ring 5/8 x 1/4″. The motorcycle has a central chrome-moly steel frame and uses WP suspension system (4054 Roma Top adjuster) for the front with 140mm/5.5in wheel travel, and a central shock absorber WP IBS with PRO-LEVER linkage to rear-swing-arm and needle bearing for the rear with 170mm/6.7in wheel travel. It has single disc brakes for both front and rear wheels of size 320mm/4 piston and 220 mm/1 piston respectively. The standing 1/4 Mile possible with the motorcycle is 12.5 seconds and the top speed ratable is 162km/h/101mph.
