The KTM 125 Duke motorcycle was released in 2012 and features a four-stroke, single-cylinder, DOHC, 4-valve engine with a capacity of 124.7 cc. It has a liquid-cooled cooling system with a compression ratio of 14.5:1 and forced oil lubrication with 1 Eaton pump. The bike is electronically fuel injected with contactless, controlled, fully electronic ignition system with digital ignition timing adjustment.
