The Honda ST1100 Pan European was produced between 1989 and 1991. It had a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 90-degree V-four cylinder engine with a capacity of 1084cc and a compression ratio of 10.0:1. Its induction system comprised of four 32mm CV-type carburetors, and its ignition was computer-controlled digital transistorized. The bike had a maximum power output of 101.4 hp and maximum torque of 11.3 kgf-m at 6000 rpm. The transmission had five speeds, and the final drive was via a shaft. The frame was made of steel tube, and the front suspension was a 43mm air-assist fork with TRACK. The rear suspension consisted of a single-side conventional damper with adjustable preload, and the brakes were ABS-enabled, with two 296mm discs and three-piston calipers at the front and a single 296mm disc and three-piston caliper at the rear. The bike’s wheelbase was 1555mm, and it had a seat height of 800mm. It weighed 624lb when dry and could store 28 litres of fuel. The bike had a top speed of 222.3 km/h, a standing 1/4 mile time of 12.27 seconds at 176.4 km/h, and fuel economy of 17.1 km/L. It could come to a stop from 60 km/h in 14.6m and from 100 km/h in 41.1m.
