Honda NC 700S / DCT (2012-13)

The Honda NC 700S / DCT motorcycle was produced between 2012 and 2013 with a four-stroke parallel twin, SOHC engine that had 4 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 670cc / 40.8 cu-in. The bike had a liquid-cooled cooling system, 10.7:1 compression ratio, and PGM-FI electronic fuel injection induction. It was also equipped with a computer-controlled digital transistorized ignition with electronic advance and an electric starting system. The motorcycle had a maximum power of 38.1 kW 51.1 hp @ 6250 rpm and a maximum torque of 62 Nm / 46 lb-ft @ 4750 rpm. The clutch options available were wet multiplate and wet multiplate hydraulic 2-clutch. The bike had a 6-speed manual or 6-speed dual clutch transmission and a chain final drive. The wheels were cast aluminum 17M/C x MT4.5 with a front tire size of 120/70-ZR17 and a rear tire size of 160/60-ZR17. The dimensions of the bike were 2195 mm / 86.4 in length, 790 mm / 31.1 in width, and 1440 mm/ 56.6 in height with a wheelbase of 1525 mm / 60.0 in. The seat height was 790 mm / 31.1 in (Europe) – 775 mm / 30.5 in (Japan) and the ground clearance was 140 mm / 5.5 in. The bike had a wet weight of 211 kg / 465.2 lbs and a fuel capacity of 14.1 Liters / 3.7 US gal.
