The Highland 950 V2 Super Motard motorcycle was produced from 2003 to 2005. It featured a four-stroke, 936cc 60-degree V-twin engine with DOHC and four valves per cylinder. The bike had a liquid-cooled system and had a compression ratio of 10.0:1. It had an induction system of fuel injection and had an integrated engine management system with ignition coils directly fitted on the spark plugs. The electric start produced a maximum power of 85hp at 6000rpm and a maximum torque of 104 Nm at 4700rpm. The bike has a six-speed gearbox and a lubricated multi-disc clutch. The rectangular section of CrMo steel and aluminum made up the frame. The front suspension had a 50 mm WP and an adjustable compression and rebound with the front wheel travel of 280 mm. The rear suspension had a WP, adjustable stiffness, and compression and rebound with the rear wheel travel of 300 mm. The front brake comprised a single 300mm disc 2-piston caliper, while the rear brake consisted of a single 220mm disc 1-piston caliper. The front tyre size was a 120/90-17 and the rear tyre was a 160/90-17. The bike had a wheelbase of 1530 mm, a seat height of 840 mm, and a ground clearance of 230 mm. It had a dry weight of 164 kg and a fuel capacity of 20 liters.
