The Harley Davidson XL 883L Sportster SuperLow motorcycle model was produced in 2016-17 with a four stroke, 45 degrees V-Twin, OHV, 2 valves per cylinder engine and a 883 cc / 53.9 cub in capacity. It has a chrome, staggered, shorty exhaust with dual mufflers and electronic sequential port fuel injection for induction. The maximum power output is 50.2 kW / 68 hp at 4400 rpm with a maximum torque of 73 Nm / 7.4 kgf-m / 53.8 ft/lb at 3750 rpm. The motorcycle features a multi-plate clutch with diaphragm spring in oil bath and a 5 speed transmission with chain, 34/57 primary drive and belt final drive. The frame is made of mild steel with tubular frame and circular sections, cast junctions and swingarm is mild steel, rectangular tube sections, stamped junctions, MIG welded. It has a left lean angle of 24.4o and a right lean angle of 24.7o. The front suspension consists of 39 mm telescopic forks with front wheel travel of 104 mm / 4.09 in and rear suspension features a coil-over, dual-adjustable preload with rear wheel travel of 64 mm / 2.5 in. The front brakes consist of a single 300 mm disc and 2 x 38mm piston calipers.
