The Gas Gas Pampera 200 is a motorcycle model released in 1998. It is equipped with a 199cc two-stroke single-cylinder engine with liquid cooling and lubrication by a 2-stroke-oil/fuel mixture. The bike also features a Keihin PWK 38mm carburettor and digital magnetic flywheel ignition. It can produce a maximum power of 38hp at 9000rpm and maximum torque of 32Nm at 7858rpm. The hydraulic multidisc clutch is paired with a 6-speed transmission and chain final drive.
The frame of the bike is Deltabox-type built with cromoly and rectangular tubes, and is supported by an aluminum swingarm. Suspension is handled by telescopic forks in the front and an aluminum swingarm in the rear. Braking is done with a single 185mm disc in the front and a single 170mm disc in the rear. The tire sizes are 90/80-21 in the front and 100/80-18 in the back. The bike has a dry weight of 95kg and a fuel capacity of 9.5 litres.
