Ducati Diavel (2015-16)

The Ducati Diavel is a motorcycle model from 2015-16 that features a 1198.4 cc engine with a 90-degree L twin cylinder and DOHC desmodromic 4 valve per cylinder. It has a liquid cooling system and a compression ratio of 12.5:1, with a Mitsubishi electronic fuel injection system and Mikuni elliptical throttle bodies with RbW. The motorcycle has a tubular steel Trellis frame and features Marzocchi 50mm fully adjustable USD forks on its front suspension. The rear suspension is a progressive linkage with a fully adjustable Sachs monoshock, and it has an aluminum single-sided swingarm with a rear wheel travel of 120mm / 4.72in. The front brakes consist of 2 x 320mm semi-floating discs, radially mounted Monobloc Brembo callipers, 4-piston with ABS, while the rear brakes consist of a single 265mm disc and 2-piston floating calliper with ABS.

The Ducati Diavel has a lightweight alloy, 14-spoke front wheel with a machined finish of 3.50″ x 17″ and a rear wheel of the same material and style, but an 8.00″ x 17″ size. The front tyre size is 120/70 ZR 17, while the rear tyre is 240/45 ZR17. The Ducati Diavel also features tank-mounted instrumentation with a TFT colour display for gear selected, air temp, battery voltage, trips 1 & 2, fuel reserve trip, average and actual fuel consumption and speed, trip time, scheduled maintenance, and full status and/or management of Riding Modes, DTC, RbW, and ABS.
