The Ducati 350 Sport Desmo motorcycle was produced between 1977 and 1979, featuring a four stroke parallel twin cylinder engine with a capacity of 349.6cc and a compression ratio of 9.6:1. It had a Dell’Orto VHB 26 FS/FD carburetor and a points and coil ignition system powered by a 12V 150W generator. With a maximum power output of 19 kW or 26 hp at 8000 rpm, the bike had a wet multiplate clutch and a five-speed transmission with gear ratios of 1st 2.500, 2nd 1.714, 3rd 1.333, 4th 1.074, and 5th 1.900.
