The Ducati 1299S Panigale motorcycle was produced in 2015 and features a four-stroke, 90-degree L twin-cylinder engine that has a capacity of 1285 cc. The engine is cooled by a liquid cooling system and has a compression ratio of 12.6:1. The motorcycle has Mitsubishi EFI with twin injectors per cylinder and a full ride-by-wire elliptical throttle body. The exhaust system is a 2-1-2 titanium system with catalytic converter and 2 lambda probes. It has a slipper and self-servo wet multiplate clutch with hydraulic control and a chain final drive.
