The Ducati 100 Brio and 100/25 Brio were small motorcycles manufactured in the mid-1960s. Both models had a two-stroke, single cylinder engine with a capacity of 94cc and a Dell’Orto SHB 18/16 carburetor. The 100 Brio had a compression ratio of 8.5:1, while the 100/25 Brio had a higher ratio of 10:1. The bikes were cooled by a fan and used a 6V 30W flywheel magneto ignition system. The maximum power output was 5.3 kW or 7.2 hp at 7000 rpm. The clutch was a wet, multiplate type, and the transmission had three speeds. The bikes used a chain final drive and had a pressed steel frame. The front suspension was a swinging shackle fork, and the rear suspension used twin rubber shocks on a swingarm. Both the front and rear brakes were drums, with a diameter of 105 mm. The front and rear tyres had sizes of 2.45 x 8 and 3.50 x 8, respectively. The dry weight of the bike was 80 kg or 176 lbs. The top recorded speed for the bikes was 76 km/h or 47 mph.
