The Buell RR1000R motorcycle was produced from 1986 to 1988 and features a V-twin, 4-stroke, OHV engine with a capacity of 997 cc. It has an air-cooled cooling system and uses a Buell Works exhaust system with 2 Mikuni flat side carburetors for induction. The motorcycle has a maximum power output of 70.1 kW (94 hp) at 5600 rpm and a top speed of 225 km/h (140 mph).
