The R1150GS had a reinforced frame, a 19-inch front wheel, and an adjustable suspension system. It also had a single-sided swingarm, giving it a unique look. Other features included dual front disc brakes and a single rear disc brake, heated hand grips, and a windshield that was adjustable with one hand.
