The Beta RR 525 Enduro motorcycle was produced from 2007-08 and had a four-stroke, single-cylinder engine with a capacity of 510 cc. The compression ratio was 11.0:1 and it used forced lubrication with 2 oil pumps. The ignition was DC-CDI without a trembler, and it had electric and kick start. The transmission was 6-speed and had a wet, multi-disc clutch with a chain final drive. The frame was made of molybdenum steel with a double cradle split above the exhaust port. The front suspension was a hydraulic USD fork with 290 mm of wheel travel, and the rear suspension was a monoshock with a progressive compound lever and 300mm of wheel travel. The front and rear brakes were a single floating disc with a piston floating caliper. The motorcycle had 1.6 x 21 front and 2.15 x 18 rear wheels and used a 90/90-21 front tire and a 140/80-18 rear tire. It was 2270 mm long, 813 mm wide, and 1255 mm tall with a wheelbase of 1500 mm and a ground clearance of 320 mm. The seat height was 940 mm and the dry weight was 115.5 kg with a fuel capacity of 8.5 L and a fuel reserve of 1 L.
