Beta RR 400 Enduro (2011-13)

The Beta RR 400 Enduro motorcycle was produced from 2011 to 2013 and had a four-stroke, single-cylinder, DOHC, 4 valve engine with a capacity of 398cc. It had a compression ratio of 12.4:1 and was liquid cooled. The motorcycle featured a Keihin FCR-MX 39mm induction system, DC-CDI with variable ignition timing, and a Kokusan ignition. It started with an electric start with a backup kick starter and had a wet multi-disc clutch with a 6 speed transmission and chain final drive. The front suspension consisted of a Marzocchi USD fork, 50mm ~A, with adjustable compression and rebound, TFX technology. The rear suspension was a Sachs shock with adjustable rebound and hi/low speed compression. The motorcycle had a single 260mm floating disc with 2 piston floating caliper front brake and a single 240mm disc with a one-piston floating caliper rear brake. The wheels were alloy with laced spokes, and the front tire was 90/90-21, and the rear tire was 140/80-18. The dimensions of the motorcycle were 2180mm in length, 807mm in width, and 1270mm in height, with a wheelbase of 1490mm and a seat height of 940mm. The dry weight of the motorcycle was 114kg, and it had a fuel capacity of 8.5L with a fuel reserve of 1.5L. According to a review by Motorcycle USA’s Jean Turner, the Beta RR 400 Enduro was a capable off-road motorcycle with a strong engine, great suspension system, and good handling.
