The Benelli TNT 135 for 2017 is a four-stroke, single-cylinder motorcycle with a 134.7 cc engine and a bore x stroke of 54 x 58.8 mm. It is oil-cooled and has a compression ratio of 9.8:1. The bike has electronic fuel injection with throttle body d.28 and an ignition of DELPHI MT 05. It has a maximum power of 9.5 kW/13 hp @ 9000 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.8 Nm/1.0 kgm @ 7000 rpm. The TNT 135 has a wet, multiplate clutch and a 5-speed transmission with a chain final drive ratio of 2.645:1. The frame is a trestle in steel tubes and the bike has an inverted 41 mm front fork and a swing arm with a lateral shock absorber with spring pre-load adjustment. The front brakes are a single 220 mm disc with a 2 piston caliper and the rear brakes are a single 190 mm disc with a 1 piston caliper. The wheels are aluminum alloy and the front and rear tyres are 120/70-ZR12 and 130/70 – ZR12 respectively. The bike is 1750 mm in length with a ground clearance of 160 mm and a seat height of 780 mm. It has a wet weight of 121 kg and a fuel capacity of 7.2 litres. The TNT 135 is Euro 4 emissions compliant and has a Catalytic converter and oxygen sensors.
