The Benelli 750 Sei was a 6-cylinder motorcycle produced in 1974-75. Its engine was a transverse 4-stroke with 2 valves per cylinder and a capacity of 748cc. The bike had a compression ratio of 9.8:1 and was cooled by air, with an exhaust of 2×3-into-1-into-3. The Sei had a maximum power of 52.9 kW/71 hp at 8500 rpm and a 5-speed transmission with a chain final drive. It had a Marzocchi telescopic cartridge-type suspension with dual Sebac shocks in the rear. The front brakes used 2x300mm discs and 2-piston calipers while the rear brakes used a 200mm drum.
