The 2010-11 Aprilia SXV 550 is a four-stroke, 77-degree V-twin motorcycle with a 549cc capacity and a compression ratio of 12.0:1. It features a liquid cooling system, dry sump lubrication with an external oil tank, and an integrated engine management system controlling ignition and fuel injection. With a maximum power of 52.2 kW or 70 hp, the bike has a five-speed transmission with a chain final drive.
