Zero S Street (2015)

The Zero Streetfighter 2015 model is a motorcycle equipped with a Type Z-Force (R) 75-7 passively air-cooled, high efficiency, radial flux permanent magnet, brushless motor and 420 amp, 3-phase brushless controller with regenerative deceleration. It has multiple power pack options, including the ZF 9.4 with 9.4 kWh maximum capacity and a range of 182 km in the city, the ZF 12.5 with 12.4 kWh maximum capacity and a range of 243 km in the city, and the ZF 12.5 + power tank with 15.3 kWh maximum capacity and a range of 298 km in the city. The estimated pack life for each is impressive, with the ZF 9.4 expected to last 409,000 km to 80% capacity and the ZF 12.5 + power tank expected to last 668,000 km to 80% capacity. It has a clutchless direct drive transmission, 132T/28T poly chain GT carbon belt final drive, and Showa suspension with adjustable preload, compression, and rebound damping.
