Zero S Street (2011)

The Zero S Street motorcycle was manufactured in 2011 and features a high efficiency, forced air cooled, DC, axial flux, permanent magnet motor with a maximum capacity of 4.4 kWh and nominal capacity of 3.9 kWh. It can be charged with either a 110V or 220V input, and has an estimated pack life of 70,000 miles to 80% capacity. Charging time is four hours for a standard charge, but with the quick charge option it takes 2.3 hours to reach 100% charge, or two hours to reach 90+% charge. The maximum range for the motorcycle is 58 miles, while the EPA UDDS range is 43 miles. The bike features a clutchless one-speed drive train with a transmission of 98T/28T, Poly Chain GT Carbon c belt.
