Yamaha WR125 (1997-00)
The Yamaha WR125 was a two-stroke, single cylinder motorcycle produced between 1997 and 2000. It had a capacity of 124cc and a bore x stroke of 54 x 4 mm. The cooling system was liquid-cooled and had a compression ratio of 8.8:1. The bike was fueled through a carburetor, while the ignition was CDI-based. The bike had a kick start option. The Yamaha WR125 had a six-speed transmission and a chain-driven final drive. It featured a Marzocchi “Upside-Down” telescopic hydraulic fork with advanced axle for the front suspension, and a Sachs progressive “Soft Damp” type with single hydraulic shock absorber, spring preload, and compression and rebound adjustment for the rear suspension.
