The Vespa PK50 motorcycle was first produced in 1946-47, with a total of 36,126 units produced. It was equipped with a 98cc two-stroke, single cylinder engine that provided a maximum power of 2.4 kW or 3.2 hp. The engine had a capacity of 6 cubic inches with a bore and stroke of 50 x 50 mm. The motorcycle had a Dell’Orto T2 16/17 carburettor and was air-cooled with a Volcano magneto ignition and a 6V battery.
