Veloce 2.25 hp (1909-18)

The Veloce 2.25 hp motorcycle was produced from 1909 to 1918 and featured a two-stroke, single cylinder engine with a capacity of 206 cc. The bike had a maximum power of 2.7 kW at 2800 rpm and was available with either a belt or chain final drive. The transmission featured a two-speed chain, and the gearshift was controlled from the handlebar. The frame was a special design with a low position, and the front suspension featured Druid Patent spring forks. The rear suspension was spring loaded, and the front and rear brakes were operated by Bowden cable and foot pedal respectively. The bike weighed 102-116 lbs depending on the drive system, and had a fuel capacity of 3.8 L.
