Triumph Tiger Explorer (2015)

The Triumph Tiger Explorer motorcycle was produced in 2015 and is equipped with a four-stroke, transverse three-cylinder engine with a capacity of 1215cc. It has a liquid-cooled cooling system with a compression ratio of 12.0:1 and a ride-by-wire fuel injection induction system. The bike can reach a maximum power of 101 kW/135 hp at 9300rpm and has a maximum torque of 121Nm/21.6 kgf-m/89 ft.-lbs at 6400 rpm. The clutch system is wet with a multi-plate configuration and the transmission has six speeds. The final drive is a shaft. The bike has a tubular steel trellis frame while the swingarm is single-sided with a cast aluminum alloy material and shaft drive. The front suspension includes a Kayaba 46mm upside-down fork system while the rear suspension is a remote oil reservoir Kayaba monoshock with hydraulic adjustment. The front and rear brakes are fitted with Nissin callipers and a switchable anti-lock braking system (ABS). The bike is equipped with cast aluminum alloy 10-spoke wheels, with the front and rear tires being 110/80 R19 and 150/70 R17 respectively. The bike has a length of 2248mm/88.4in, a width of 962mm/37.9in, and a height of 1410mm/55.5in. The wheelbase is 1530mm/60.2in with a seat height ranging from 837-857mm/32.9-33.7in.
