The Triumph Speedmaster Roadster was a motorcycle produced in 2007 and 2008. It had a four stroke, parallel twin engine with a capacity of 865cc and a compression ratio of 9.2:1. The cooling system was air-cooled and the induction used two carburetors with a throttle position sensor and electric carburetor heaters. The ignition was digital inductive type and it had an electric starter. The maximum power was 40.3 kW / 54 hp @ 6750 rpm and the maximum torque was 69 Nm / 7.0 kgf-m / 51 ft.-lb @ 4800 rpm. The transmission was a 5-speed and it had chain final drive. The frame was a tubular steel cradle and the swingarm was twin-sided and tubular steel. The front suspension consisted of 41mm Telescopic forks and the rear suspension used chromed spring twin shocks with adjustable preload. The front brakes were 2 x 310 mm discs with 2 piston calipers and the rear brake used a single 285mm disc with a 2 piston caliper. It had a front tire of 110/80-18 and a rear tire of 170/80-15. The seat height was 719mm / 28.3in and the dry weight was 229 kg / 504 lbs. It had a fuel capacity of 16.6 liters / 4.4 US gal / 3.65 Imp gal.
